Center for Muscle and Joint Health is a research centre at SDU dedicated to improving the physical and mental health of people experiencing pain and reduced mobility due to pain in muscles and joints. Its work spans from prevention and early detection to effective treatments, with an emphasis on promoting self-management, physical activity, and exercise to enhance musculoskeletal health. The centre engages in interdisciplinary research projects and collaborations that address common conditions such as back pain, osteoarthritis, and other musculoskeletal disorders, and it works closely with healthcare, clinical, and community partners to translate evidence into practice.
Role with PROBE
Our role will be to provide data and expertise on osteoarthritis, non-surgical treatment, patient-reported outcome measures and implementation of evidence in practice.
