Apheris hosts the industry’s largest federated data networks for drug discovery AI, spanning co-folding, ADMET, and antibody developability. Across these networks, models are trained on proprietary industry datasets to achieve higher performance and broader applicability while keeping data control and IP protected. Apheris delivers these superior models through drug discovery applications that enable teams to run them at scale, further customize them, and integrate them into existing R&D workflows.
Role with PROBE
Apheris is a core technical partner in Work Package 3 (WP3) and will strengthen the overall platform strategy by deploying and operating its scalable, enterprise-grade Federated Computing product at participating sites. This enables secure multi-site analysis and model training across hospital, research institute, and pharma IT environments without ever moving the underlying data. Core platforms elements such as built-in security hardening, as well as granular, dataset-level governance controls facilitate the adherence to strict European data protection and compliance requirements.
