The Institute for Computational Systems Biomedicine (CoSyBio) is part of the University of Hamburg in Germany. CoSyBio conducts pioneering network and systems biomedicine research to gain a mechanistic understanding of diseases to enable personalized medicine approaches. Furthermore, we are dedicated to safeguarding patient privacy while leveraging valuable data for AI model training by developing infrastructure for federated learning.
Role with PROBE
Within PROBE, we co-lead work package 3 "Create" together with industry partners Capgemini and Novartis. In this work package, the federated PROBE data platform is implemented and AI methods for effective analysis and model training on internationally distributed OA data are developed.
